Obtained from white grapes grown in our area, it performs, at least in a part, malolactic fermentation.
With a delicate straw yellow color, it expresses white flowers and fresh fruit notes.
The taste is fresh and tasty, with a pronounced aromatic persistence.
Ideal as aperitif and to accompany dishes based on fish.
